One person writes and maintains this site. If something here is wrong or has gone stale, saying so is the quickest way to get it corrected.
Who I am
My name is Ethan Mitchell and I live in central Auckland. I started writing these notes after losing several years of progress in a puzzle game by replacing a phone without checking how the save worked. Everything on this site is the sort of thing I wish somebody had written down before that happened. I do not work for any studio mentioned here.
What I can do something about
- A setting described here that is not where I say it is, or that has moved in a newer version of Android or iOS.
- A guide that has aged badly because a game or a platform changed.
- Unclear writing, a dead link, or a page that misbehaves on a phone.
- Anything in the privacy, cookie or terms pages you want clarified or challenged.
What I genuinely cannot do
- Provide coins, lives, boosters or any in-game item. None of it passes through this site in any direction.
- Recover, transfer or unban an account. Only the studio operating the game can do that, and this site cannot escalate to them.
- Arrange a refund. That sits with Google Play or the App Store, depending on where the purchase was made.
- Accept advertising, sponsored posts or paid links. There is none on this site and there will not be.
